Does my tool have a warranty?

Yes, it does! Please see visit the manufacturer website for links and suggested service centers to send your tool for warranty service. If you need help locating your closest service center fell free ask. We are here to help you.

What does warranty cover?

Warranty covers a tool’s workmanship and materials only (manufacturer defects). The user is generally responsible for the freight to the service center and the manufacturer will cover the needed parts, labor and return shipping charges if the warranty is

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is on backorder, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we know about it. You have the option of cancelling the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders will ship the same day as long as they are placed by 3pm est and the items are in stock.
